Nowadays a lot of travel insurance companies cover cancellation fees in regards to COVID-19 so please get well informed. We strongly recommend to take out a travel and cancellation insurance. Check your current travel and cancellation insurance documents for the COVID-19 policy to ensure you will be covered in the event that you’re unable to travel due to COVID-19.

We are not allowed to suggest, to advice and to sell travel insurances but we recommend the travel insurance with additional comprehensive COVID-19 cover of Campbell Irvine Direct or the coronavirus travel insurance of Staysure.

We are offering up to 20% off next winter’s holiday with us to all those who successfully claim a refund from their insurance company and therefore our obligation of paying you back expires.

You will be entitled to a 100% refund of any money paid by you or you will receive a voucher with the Dutch SGR-GuaranteeFundCoverage if we are required to cancel your booking with judgement at 48 hours before arrival in the amongst other following COVID-19 circumstances:
– if you are a minor or fully vaccinated adult and the government or official authorities of the country, region or resort where the accommodation is located impose a mandatory travel restriction preventing travel to the country, region, resort or accommodation;
– if you are a minor or fully vaccinated adult and the government or official authorities of the country, region or resort where the accommodation is located impose a mandatory quarantine on arrival;
– if you are a minor or fully vaccinated adult and the government of your home country imposes an official national mandatory lockdown and/or regional travel ban preventing you from travelling to the country, region or resort where your accommodation is located;
– an official mandatory closure of the ski lifts by the national, local government or official authorities where the accommodation is located;
– if the government of the country where the accommodation is located is not letting minor or fully vaccinated citizens in or impose a mandatory quarantine on arrival who are coming from a specific country which is on a travel ban list and the country of your departure is on that travel ban list;
– if the government of your home country advises against all non-essential travel to the country, region or resort where the accommodation is located;
– the national government, local government or an official authority where the accommodation is located has introduced local or general lockdown measures which result in us being unable to operate as a business.

In short, if we cannot provide the holiday accommodation for any of the above circumstances then of course we will supply a credit voucher guaranteed by the Dutch financial protection authority fund SGR or if you prefer we can refund the total holiday amount paid by you.

Safe and secure in your own bubble with All Inclusive service, so breakfast, après-ski snacks and dinner in your own chalet and not lots of people crowd together at the breakfast buffet like in a hotel. And no obligation to go to the wc with a face mask because you know with which people you are in your chalet and everybody knows his or her responsability. Your chalet staff will open windows and doors fully during the cleaning process and frequently to fully air the property due to aerosol transmission and take extra hygiene measures that are necessary to keep everyone safe and healthy. And for après-ski you do not have to go out and it is cheaper to stay at home because all drinks are for free and unlimited dury your entire holiday. You don’t have to go to any supermarket and dragging around with heavy bear crates, because your chalet staff is doing that for you and they put your beers cold in your fridge. On your chalet staff day off you are not obliged to go to a restaurant but you can ask your chalet staff to use the kitchen facilities in the chalet or have pizza’s delivered or you can ask your chalet staff if they are willing to earn some extra money and prepare something for you if only something simple like a chees fondue.
