This winter season, CateredSkiChalets.com will do everything in its power to offer our guests a safe and familiar stay in accordance with the rules of the local health organizations.

When a negative travel advice applies for the country of destination (or your country’s government forbids you to travel), we offer our guests a free rebooking.

Because the situation and the advice change regularly, the decision to change or cancel the booking takes place from 48 hours before departure.

For bookings from December 1th 2020, we have a more flexible cancellation policy:
We will refund 100% of your payments in case of a negative travel advice.

What do I have to take into account with corona at my winter sports holiday destination?
Do I have to wear a face mask in the restaurants? Is there a quarantine obligation even if I have been tested negative for corona?
All these things can be found on the website of the government of the country where you go on winter sports. Keep a close eye on this.
