Would you like to have your ski pass immediately upon arrival at the ski chalet so that you can get on the slopes the first day? Then arrange this via your own chalet staff. Please contact him / her before arrival and indicate your wishes. The advantage of this is that you do not have to queue for hours on the busy arrival day, you do not have to waste unnecessary time and you can immediately get on the slopes! Because unnecessary waiting is of course a waste of your winter sports holiday. In addition, the chalet staff lives in the ski village all winter and therefore knows everything about the ski area. They can give you tailor-made advice and ensure that you choose the ski pass that best suits your needs.

With the chalet staff you can also easily arrange, and in most cases even with a discount, your ski / snowboard lessons and equipment rental. The chalet staff collaborates with a ski school in the village and has made arrangements for the entire winter. The chalet staff can book lessons for you in advance or accompany you on arrival. If you know in advance which ski and / or snowboard equipment you need, you can already pass this on to the chalet staff. If you prefer to have a look on the spot, the chalet staff will take you to the ski shop. This is also quickly arranged and again with tailor-made advice!

In order to spend as little time as possible on arranging these matters upon arrival at the ski chalet, we advise you to contact the chalet staff in advance. Two weeks before departure you will receive the travel information by mail with the contact details of the chalet staff.
