Season jobs

If you want to work for us as chalet staff it is favourable that you hold a valid EU passport or a vaild EU identity card or have Austrian, French or Italian Residency.

You can apply for a position as chalet staff if you speak Dutch (or at least some). For example, if you are a South African and you speak Afrikaans, which is very similar to Dutch, you would be a suitable candidate. If you do not speak Dutch but are applying with someone who does speak Dutch, you both can apply as a team.

As chalet staff, you are the heart and soul of a catered chalet. From the moment your guests step into the chalet until their holiday ends, you are there to welcome and support them. You’ll live and work in one of the top snow-sure ski resorts in the Alps, where you can snowboard or ski almost every day of the week.

You will provide breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meals to your weekly guests and ensure the chalet is tidy and kept clean throughout their stay. You will act as a source of information and be the first point of contact for any questions your guests may have. Chalet staff positions run from December until mid-April so you should be available to work throughout this period.

Key responsibilities:

Provide breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meal for guests in accordance with dietary requirements.
Maintain a clean and tidy chalet throughout the season, ensuring health and hygiene standards are met.
Providing a high level of customer service at all times including carrying out a weekly welcome speech for new guests and issuing ski passes, ski hire, ski school and act as a source of information for guests and be the first point of contact for any guest queries.
